Thank you for considering Pultec® pultruded fibreglass windows!

We recognise that your professional reputation rests upon the success of the products which you recommend or specify. We know that new, innovative products can present you with a challenge, because there is often little supportive evidence on which to form an opinion and base a decision. Fortunately, Pultec is not in that position since there is considerable, well documented evidence and support for pultruded fibreglass, from such illustrious sources as BRE, NetComposites Group, Sustainability Consultants and Network Group for Composites in Construction. All are independent and well informed authoritative bodies in their own right.

Furthermore, there is a wealth of existing and prestigious window installations around the UK, from the 5 star luxury Celtic Manor Hotel (soon to host the 2010 Ryder Cup), built in 1999 and using fibreglass windows throughout – to the current BSF (Building Schools for the Future) programme, on which Pultec is specified on over 300 school projects, nationally.

From a wider perspective, pultruded fibreglass fenestration like Pultec is already well established in Canada and USA, where climatic considerations and sustainable development have been taken to a far higher level than we are even contemplating in Britain. Zero carbon and zero energy developments are already a reality in Canada, who currently lead the World in this technology.

Please take confidence that Pultec (pultrusion technology) is the direct descendant of the Canadian patent holder of this material breakthrough in fenestration design, which has a well proven, 25 year history in North America, as well as 10 years in UK – and is the fastest growing window material on both sides of the Atlantic. Please refer to the 'The Concept' to assess the technology for your further reassurance.
