Please rest assured that many contractors find that Pultec is such a beneficial product (and company) to work with, that they often begin to recommend it, themselves, to other clients and specifiers who may be unaware of it. We acknowledge the benefit of being recommended by satisfied contractors and therefore we go to great lengths to achieve your satisfaction and earn your approval.

For just this reason, a number of our contractor customers have proposed us to clients on various contracts – and as a direct consequence we are currently specified on over 300 school developments throughout UK, on the BSF (Building Schools for the Future) programme – as well as on numerous other major developments, nationally.

Continuing this ethos, therefore, we also believe in the concept of partnering and working together with contractors in order to achieve the client’s objectives between us in a spirit of mutual co-operation. We find that this is far more productive and constructive and also creates a more enjoyable working environment for everyone concerned. A positive spirit of ‘give and take’ is far more beneficial than the old ‘adversarial stand-offs’ in our experience!

There are many examples where we have engineered a solution to a specific problem, in order to assist in the overall smooth flow on site and to improve the successful installation of the windows. Pultec Limited also offer an installation service where this is required or, alternatively, we can work with your installers to ensure that a full and complete understanding of the recommended installation methods are understood and observed.

Whoever installs the windows it is important to us that every one of them is fitted and operating 100% correctly, so that no poor impression of either of us, is left with the client.
